Commonwealth Financial Systems, a third party alleged debt collector failed to send my Mini-Mirandi '' rights before placing this alleged debt on my credit report, in which I asked for validation and informing them about the Mini-Mirandi '' rights. They did n't respond, so I contacted the - and Commonwealth Financial Systems stated to the - they would immediately remove it by notifying the - credit bureaus ( -, -, & - ), in which they made this statement to the - on - ocassions ( -/-/2015 & -/-/2015 ) to no avail. Then on all - credit bureaus this item is still on there to this day - -, 2015 with a little trickery on blocking out certain numbers, but get this, it 's the same account and even shows it 's pass the 7 year Statue of Limitations '' for removal from all - bureaus. They are arrogantly breaking the in regards to FDCPA, FCRA, and defamation of character. Please advise
