GE Capital Retail Credit card department,
I used a care credit card for a purchase at my Vets office. I agreed to the terms of - months not - months. The manager of the vets office called the credit card company and advised them she would make sure the terms were changed to the correct terms. I called the credit card department after - weeks to find out why they have not been changed. Then they claim she had to do something on her end to fix it that 's why its not done. I was told I didnt need to worry about it. It was on their end that they saw the notes where she called in to okay it and it would be another - weeks to fix it. A week later I get a letter and I am told it wo n't be changed. I call today and now they clam the office manager never called and made the change even know I know she did because I was on the phone with her when she did on a - way call. I believe care credit is trying defraud me.
