PayPal limited my account. They claimed I 'violated their user agreement ' - but would not tell me how I did so. I 'm not aware of any violation. I have $600.00 in the account and PayPal will not release it for - days - saying that they need to hold on to the money in case of 'charge backs '. But I have no pending transactions and I 've not sold anything using PayPal for months.
