I purchased a house in - of 2014 and started getting phone calls from Portfolio Recovery for debt collection. I doubt seriously I would have been able to purchase any real estate had I the debt they are accusing me of on my credit report, which is completely absent, and my vehicles are paid off. As Portfolio Recovery calls on a regular basis at all hours, from assorted numbers all over the country, I have been forced to block all numbers that are not local. This harassment creates a problem when dealing with my own family emergencies. As I have nothing for them to be looking in to my credit report, my privacy is being breeched on a regular basis. Please make them stop.
