My American Express Blue Cash Credit Card with ending number - was wrongfully charged without my authorization on -/-/-. The charge was $100.00. I paid off the charge plus late fee and interest charge in total of $120.00 on -/-/-. However, American Express charged $1.00 interest. This blue cash account information disappeared from my online account. I travelled to - and - during -/-/- and -/-/- and I did n't see the $1.00 online. American Express Company terminated this blue cash card and closed out the account because of $1.00. They also forfeited $1000.00 cash rewards I accumulated on this account. I authorized my brother to call American Express and one representative promised to fix the issue and return all the cash rewards to my other American Express cards. However, they lied and never return the money. At this moment, American Express refused to reopen the account and return my cash rewards. Additionally, they had reported this unresolved issue to credit agency and ruined my FICO scores. I am deep trouble getting loans if I want to buy an apartment. I have to bring this case to court and sue them and seek financial resolutions. They must pay all my cash rewards back and undo the damage they caused to my FICO score and also pay for any related damages.
