Credit card Improper contact or sharing of info Contacted employer after asked not to Georgia

I applied for a Bank of America Credit Card in 2004. I had a $2500.00 limit. I was laid off and also was - could n't work. I could not afford to make payments. Bank of America sold the debt to - - -. I never knew I had a judgment on my credit report until they contacted my employer to garnish my wages 6+ years after the judgment was filed. -, - - -, - is now handling the collection. The $2500.00 now is over $12000.00. I have the judgment, garnishment paperwork, and a fact sheet to attach for a better understanding of what has taken place.
