( The choices above do not accurately describe this situation, I selected the one that I felt was best. ) Southwest Credit Systems ( SWCS ) has been reporting a collection account on the - main credit bureaus for a - account ( # - - since -/-/2015, in the amount of $330.00. SWCS was made aware of the fact that these charges are not accurate and in dispute based on the cramming activity - was engaging in ( Federal Trade Commission v. - - , - ). I was not contacted by -, as I have moved from my previous address and never received information from them regarding Federal injunction or class action. I only became aware after reviewing my credit report and researching online. An online page was set-up, by -, to aid in getting information regarding old/closed accounts, but it has since stopped receiving new complaints or allowing for review of old/closed billing information. I do not think the balance $330.00 being reported by - is correct and they refuse to change or cease collecting on this account.
