I am having a problem accessing my Care Credit Card account online and the bank issuing the card, Synchrony Financial, is not helping me gain access to view my account information online on their website. I have no idea what is going on with my account now. Their Customer Service department has been no help at all and do not seem to care. Every time I try to log into the website at - I am getting messages saying Your account information is not available online. Please contact Customer Service at the phone number provided on the back of your card or statement. '' My log in information is correct and the site actually says I am logged in, but it refuses to let me see my account information and just keeps giving me that same message. I contacted Customer Service and it was torture trying to get through to an actual person. When I finally did speak to a customer service rep she was completely unhelpful. All she could say was
Her answer : Refresh your browser and try again in a couple of hours. I asked her to put me through to technical support and she said there is no technical support. I have twice tried emailing the company at three different email addresses - --, --, -- - and have received no response whatsoever. So the problem remains unsolved and I can not access my account. My account is set to take monthly automatic payments of $100.00 from my checking account which I set it to do when I last had access to it. I wanted to change that automatic payment and I am wondering if Synchrony Financial is deliberately preventing me from accessing my account so they can prevent me from turning off auto payment. I also am not receiving any paper statements from the bank so I can get no information about what is happening with my account at all. I do believe it is illegal for them to withhold my account information from me and therefore I am filing this complaint against Synchrony Financial.
