Credit line increase/decrease California
I use Care Credit for medical needs, when using there automated system for an increase it did not mention a HARD credit inquiry to my credit report. If I had known that I would not have asked for a credit line increase. I contacted Care Credit who works with - and they will not remove the Hard inquiry from my credit report after speaking to them numerous times. There automated credit line increase should have stated there would be a hard inquiry but did not. I had been a member of them for several yeas. I know when you first sign up there in an inquiry but not when you are asking for an increase which is normally based on how you pay and they are required to notify you of a hard credit inquiry which they did not.
