Asset acceptance llc in - Mi received a judgement against me for a debt from the - district court. I was not notified and if the debt is indeed mine it is very, very old ... at least 10 years. It 's for $18000.00 and my state tax was garnished. They must have misrepresented the debt to receive the judgement. They have a history of engaging in deceptive practices to collect time barred debt.
