PNC Bank Bank account or service department,
Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Ohio
I had a check bounce due to insufficient funds. I was charged an overdraft charge of $36.00. I was unable to pay the $36.00 so they started charging me $7.00 everyday after that. On - - I spoke with someone from the bank and they waived $98.00 in fees which put the negative balance down to $130.00. He told me to pay what I could and to get it paid up as soon as I could so that the account can be closed. On - - I pay $14.00 to bring the negative balance down to $120.00. Since that time I have received several calls from PNC bank and I have told them that I will pay $60.00 on - - and will keep paying on the balance until it is a positive balance. Today on - - I have noticed that they have started to charge me the $7.00 each day. How is - supposed to pay this off when they keep doing this. I am on a fixed income and doing the best that I can to get this paid. Why ca n't they just let me pay this off and stop charging me more fees. I know that it has been over a month but I am doing the best that I can do. Please help! I have filed a complain previous to this and I thought the issue was resolved. I am reopening the case back up again.
