Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Georgia

The company was through a school that is currently being investigated for misuse of funds, loans, education promises etc. The company was suppose to give me $4000.00 for my student loan so that I can finish school and graduate, they did not. They also claimed that as long as I was in a college or school that all I would have to pay is $20.00 a month, that did not happen. The more I kept tell the less they listened. After - years I stop paying and request through the original school which was - University online to tell me where my funds went I got no were. Also I was a victim of ID theft from -/-/--/-/- per the IRS so I am not sure being that they do not release their information on an open investigation. I was ripped off to a tune of over - plus. Until today I do n't know if that organization or other are within that investigation, but I did file a police report and have that on file. I do n't like paying for something I never got, I do not work with in a financial institution so I do n't know what funds they kept or release because what was on paper was not what I received. I also had no problem paying the $20.00 a month because even as we speak I am still -. Been - continuously since -/-/- to present so I do n't know why they did not honor there agrement and raised my payment to $70.00 a month when that was not the verbal or so call written agreement that no one can locate.
