It appears my ex husband opened a credit card with my name on it without my knowledge. The card was opened on -/-/-. It states clearly under where I would sign that I was not available due to I was -. I was never -. Also, my date of birth is wrong on the application. This credit card is showing up on my credit report. He continued to use the card after we were divorced on -/-/- maxing the card out.
