Initially contacted Experian to see personal id info as part of Social Security account initiation process. SS told us to use info as listed with Experian for id verification. In the process inadvertently signed up for their service. Their website has no link to cancel service and very long waits on the phone to get service. By the time we finally reached someone the 7 day trial '' period had passed and we were charged for a month of service. It has been less than two weeks since we initiated the service. They would neither refund nor prorate the charge.
