Title Max in - has made numerous attempts to collect a debt owed to them by a woman with the same name on a vehicle I do not and have never owned. The only commonality we have is our names. She has a different birthdate, address and last - numbers of her social. They have left notices on the rental house I own and a family members address which I do not live at. After speaking to them ~6 weeks ago I was assured that they would remove my addresses from their system and I would not be bothered again. Today a tow truck company they subcontract showed up to the house I rent and live in to collect the vehicle. - '' in - claims they got this address from Title Max. I spoke with Title Max again and they claim they do not have my current address anywhere in their system and they do not know how - got it. At this time I am being continually harassed by Title Max and their subcontractors over a debt I have never had with them. I believe they used my name and Google to try and find the woman who has outstanding debt with them.
