I applied for a modification, with NACA per NACA, Ocwen the mortgage holder is not honoring the chapter - Bankruptcy charge off, and is refusing the modification, if Ocwen had problems with the Bankruptcy they were given the amount of time allowed, to do so. They ask for the RMA, they got it, any information they ask for they received it.
