Improper contact or sharing of info Contacted me after I asked not to North Carolina

Exeter Financed called several times each day for several weeks looking for someone that is not attached to my phone number. I had asked very nicely several times to stop calling that they were calling a company cell phone. The calls did not stop. I would receive up to 8 calls in one business day. I spoke with a manager on - occasions and the calls have not stopped. They are trying to collect a debt from someone, but will not accept that person is not me.
