I was contacted in -/-/- to file taxes for -/-/-. It was my error thought I completed on line. Filed with the Indiana Dept of Revenue ; no written response. Called, got hung up on, left messages no return calls, sent return in again, still no written - from Internal Revenue Service, called again, was told putting hold on account, that did not happen. Got levy on personal bank account, rude people at both the Indiana -, and Premier Credit. Not once contacted by Premier Credit, Indiana - new dispute with amount owed. Claimed I did not send in - and - ; which I did both times. Basically, harassed by both
