Transaction issue Massachusetts
Charged - by - - - company to my Navy Federal Credit card for a transaction that was already paid for by my insurance company. I have opened disputes with Navy Federal and have to hear back/have the disputes resolved after providing documentation proving that these charges have been paid by an insurance company already. Navy Federal is not processing the disputes in a timely manner.
