i have continued to write Jefferson Capital Systems , LLC and - - -, requesting that they verify the alleged debt. As of this date they have continued to contact me at work and home at all times of the night demanding that A paid this debt. I have never had an account with - -. After repeated communication to these agency 's they continue to make threats. I am filing this complaint to request the Consumer Financial Protection help in resolving this matter. I received a phone call from one of -, telling me that they are going to report me to the - - were I am employed.
