Wells FargoMy husband is POA for his father who is in a rehab center and is -. He had 3 CD 's due in the month of - which we did not want renewed which where set up for auto renewal. - - or - went to the branch and told them we did not want the auto renewal on them. Was told could not do that to the grace period which would start - - and - -. Not living in - we returned home to - - - call the number of the CD renewal and was told them not to renew. Was told it would be deposited into savings. Why it could not be just changed but waited. - - call branch bank and asked why not into savings. Told it takes 3 business days. - - called the number on the CD was told it was in process and would show up by Friday - -. - - called still not into savings. There shows nothing to stop renewing. Spoke to supervisor and said she will take care of it Monday. - - and call to confirm. Monday no call. Cal again on - - and another person would take care of it. But it takes - business days. Well of the 3 CD 's only - were done correctly. Again time on the phone and now with holiday maybe -. No one should be put this this incompetent bank routine of infuriating customers and denying them there own money. This is $150000.00 why should someone need to wait to get there own money and the process of stopping the renewal could not be done at anytime. Poor service and customer service. Incompetent
