-/-/15 I signed up for a - Credit Tracker program to see my report and Fico credit score. I called them to verify cancellation and was told as long as I cancelled within - day, there would be no additional charge. This is not true. They billed me - on -. I called today to discuss this and was told there was no refund and that i had only signed up for a - day program. Had I not called to verify being able to cancel, I may agree. However, my biggest compliant is the actual package. Yes, I got a credit report but the score '' was either not my FICO or was inaccurate. It gave me a number of -. The same company gave - - -. It gave - - - and I could go on. Even for - what did i pay for? Credit reports are to be free once a year. Disputes are also free to file. I have ever done anything else with them except that. Today I was told i had logged-in to look at the report. No, I open the consumer site looking for a phone number! There is misinformation, false advertising and possibly fraud here in what they say they offer. The supervisor told me to look at the page I logged on to for the disclaimer about the - day trial. Even looking for it I could not find it. They have a mulch-colored box with all their services and packages and at the very top of the page on a grey background in grey type, it does mention the 7 day trial. This is done intentionally so that a consumer will over look it. There is no doubt about this. I want my money back.
