Although I took my daughter to -, on -/-/- we left his office before any service was provided due to lack of hygiene - general bad hygiene practices and inappropriate office practices ( inappropriate magazines in the children 's waiting area ). Immediately following the experience, my - insurance company suggested I file a complaint with the Virginia Department - - -. The case number is -. Although - - - provided NO service at all, his office fraudulently charged my supplemental - plan and collected money for service he did not provide. Additionally, he has been fraudulently billing me $14.00. When I received a collection letter from Transworld Systems , Inc on -/-/- I immediately tried to call Transworld. I tried several times, but was disconnected when I opted to speak with a representative. When I received another letter dated -/-/- I attempted several times, again, to reach a representative with Transworld. On -/-/-, I finally gave up trying to reach Transworld, and I called - office directly to dispute the validity of this charge. I spoke with - - and also - -. - - called me back shortly after I spoke with her on -/-/- and indicated that - - - would not be pursuing collection, however, today, I received another Transunion Statement dated -/-/-.
