Closing/Cancelling account California
Wallet pick pocked in 2013, promptly notify bank and filed a police report. New credit card issued, but Credit card company ( HSBC ) fails to remove fraulent charges from 2013 from old credit card number ( account ). Tell me everything is okay and that I am not responsible, but the amount owed keep going up. Keep sending emails that I need to pay due to outstanding balance. No resolution after numerous phone calls since 2013.
