My Husband had an outstanding medical bill with the - of - we do not share insurance. the first bill that was sent it only had my husbands name on it. The second bill that came was addressed to my Husband and I. When I asked why the collection agency ( - ) Professional Account Services Inc. said that because PA is a spousal state I am responsible for this bill as well as my Husband.
