We bought a mattress and springs using promotional financing from - with Synchrony Financial. The mattress is a defect. The side is not sturdy on - side and people roll off. and - sent out an inspector but he did not spend more than - minutes and did not return this product. This defect has resulted in - - to my family. This is unacceptable and -/Synchrony needs to issue a full refund. I will not tolerate further injuries.
