Credit reporting company's investigation investigation took too long
TransUnion Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long Maryland
I got a notice from fcc collections It was an amount that was Outrageous, I first called my lawyer - - & - - they wrote a tetter that I am attaching. They then called the collection agency to ask for an accounting to date they have not sent it. I called both transunion and - numerous times to complian. The last response was from Transunion was that the credit agancy said nothing was wrong with the account and they do not have an accounting available. Nothing is being done but atleast Transunion requested it. I am requesting it for a few reasons by law first consumer law 611 5 a says that the credit agancy has 30 days to reply with information oin the inquiry, Second by law the rental company who is claiming I own the money is not abiding by the rental laws, I have requested the acconting to prove that I owe the money, My lawyer asked for it the County asked for it. The collection agancy has still not come up with it. It has been 180 days and counting far past the 30 days that is required to come up with proof of the debt according to the law. Again accouding to the collection agancy we do not have one available '', If I have submitted - complaints the credit agancy has not done so yet.
