Consumer Portfolio Financial is not applyng any of the payments towards any late fees. I have continuously submit payments that include the late fee but they refuse to apply the amount to any late fee. I have contacted CPS and they still refuse to apply the late fee as required. Also to print the bill and show the correct due dates as required. The bill is cut -/-/- and received -/-/- with a due date of -/-/-. Essentially an individual will receive the bill after the due date. This has been brought fourth numerous times.
