U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I have a US Bank - - - credit card. Recently, US Bank has changed major benefits of the credit card. The most significant change was the elimination of the second free night award redemption as of - -, 2015. This was the single best feature of the this card that made it worth while of the annual fee. Had this benefit not been available, I would not have applied for this card. Also, starting - -, 2015, that benefit was replaced by an annual free night when you spend $10000.00 on the card per year. However, you had to spend $10000.00 in the previous year prior to the statements with the next annual fee. Because of the start date of - -, 2015, I only had 15 days to spend $10000.00, which was not enough.
