This is a much older debt caused by my ex-wife using my son 's phone and me being unaware. It is being passed around to all the collectors who then add on new charges. It will never be paid by me as I did n't make the debt. It is being misrepresented by being renewed by each new collector so as to keep my credit history in jeopardy illegally. These debts can not be collected after 3 years according to Federal Statutes. I want it taken from my files at once. Passing it along from agency to agency is not morally right or civilly correct. Had I the resources I would pursue legal action against these companies. As I ca n't prove fraud, I ca n't pursue legal action against the party that caused the debt problem either.
