Amex Credit Card Complaint

Amex Credit card department,

Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Florida

American Express is claiming I owe them for a card. They have reported this on my credit report. I have never opened, or requested a card to be opened with them. The have not provided me anything with my signature showing i requested a card, they have not provided any proof showing where this card we deliveredd to, nor have they provided anything showing who signed for the card. they refuse to remove the reporting from my credit report. and - and - refuse to remove it. claiming it was verified. this is impossible As I did not open any account with American Express.
