I have submitted - letters demanding verification of debt and this company replies by stating they have verified the debt and are satisfied it is mine but I have not received any verification documentation as allowed by law. They continue collection efforts by continuing to report a negative account to all credit bureaus. They have deliberately ignored my validation requests and continue the collection process on an account that I do n't own. They refuse to provide me with any document containing my signature or any other information requested in my validation requests. They have added a notation to my credit report indicating my dispute and the fact the dispute is invalid as they have validated the account in house.
