Conventional fixed mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account
SunTrust Bank Mortgage department,
Conventional fixed mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account Vermont
I was sent an invite to sign up for a 'Bi-Weekly ' mortgage payment plan from SunTrust - Went into a - - Florida office in - 2015, the 'Personal Banker ' had to call the main mortgage office to get more information about the plan because she did not know how this new plan worked. I just received an email letting me know that I owe 2 months mortgage payments simultaneously for the - month, this was never disclosed, also a late fee which needs to be waived. This now looks as though I am late and was told that it would go to credit reports if not paid. I think this is not good business and have asked to stop immediately. I was told to send a written letter in order to stop. I have faxed a letter stating this today, - -, 2015. Had I been properly disclosed to about the 2 months worth of payments to begin, I would have not proceeded. When I made my - call today, I was told that there were 'bugs ' in the new process, 'many complaints coming in ' and ' this is a new process for us, so we are not sure '. I was also told that a 3rd party system handles these types of plans.
