I bought a bed in - 2015 and used Synchronicity Bank to finance it. In - I had not received anything in the way of a statement from thebank, so I called the mattress store nd they gave me my accountnumber at Synchronicity. I called Synchronicity and gave them mynew address. They told me they would mail the statement to me. Weeks passed, and still nothing.I call the mattress store and the manthere said not to worry, that there is a grace period. As of yesterday, I still receive nothing. I made a not to callSychronicity. Today, coincidently, they call me and inform me I have alate payment. I told the man I have asked already fo the bill and wasgetting ready to call them again. I paid the open amount - $440.00 - viadebt card. I also gave my address AGAIN and requested that theysend me statements so I can pay this in a normal fashion. I asked thatthey remov the late charge because I had made a request for bill thatthey never sent.
