Citibank Credit card department,
Credit line increase/decrease New York
On -/-/2015 Citi Bank reduced the credit line on my credit card although I have never been late and have honored the terms of our agreement. This action by Citi Bank will reduce my credit score because it will reduce my available credit and increase my outstanding debt ratio. My credit should not suffer if I have kept my end of the agreement.
