Credit reporting company's investigation investigation took too long
TransUnion Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long California
I have been disputing an invalid tax lien ( # - ) with Transition and they continue to refuse me a reinvestigation. I have forwarded to them documents and lien removal letters via certified mail and yet they have not verified these items with the state clerk in order to remove the lien from my file. I have called the tax liens office to ask whether a member of Transunion has contacted them or forwarded ant of my documents to them and they have informed me that no one has. I am so frustrated with Transuion then constantly shutting me down. It is their duty to do a proper investigation and i have been waiting over 90 days fro result. I have called and it took me days to reach a reprsentative who claims that no paperwork was received and no further investigation will be conducted. I do not understand what is going -. whether they are lying to me or purposely losing my documents? This lien is not valid and must be removed. I can not obtain a job, nor can i rent an apartment because this is causing a severe affect on my life and this credit monitoring agency does not care and pretends to have not received my documents refuting their verifications. this item should never have been verified. i am speculating that their systems may be outdated or something. Please help
