I am - veteran on - - a transfer was made from my account ; in the amount of $1200.00 from my direct express account without my authorization, I have sent several letters and all requested information, regarding the dispute ; was told today, they closed the investigation ; without discovering what happened to my money. Please help me recover my money. I have tried repeatedly to get answers from direct express, without any response!
