This is a multiple issue report on Greentree Servicing. Greentree purchased my personal loan from - ( despite me paying - every month ) and has been terrible ever since. The - call I ever received from them was a threat to go to court, despite having never heard of them or being aware that - had sold my loan to them. Past issues with them include them directly lying to me about filing for a deferment that they suggested because I was short on work that -/-/- so they said they would give me a deferment and I would n't have to make a payment in -/-/- ( this was request was never even filed by the representative ) and recently filing one for two months, and telling me that it was for two months, but it only being approved for one month and no communication of the arrangement being changed until they began calling me asking for the payment that I was n't supposed to have to make. They call every couple of hours from - different numbers ( - in -, - in - ) within ten to twenty minutes of the other call. This company is terrible at working with borrowers and make you feel threatened and belittled at any chance.
