On -/-/- I applied for an Amex - Credit Card '' through the American Express website. American Express 's automated system then pulled my - credit report and automatically declined me due to a low credit score. '' I have been trying to get a live
solely '' from - which has a score of - - My - is - and my - is - -, but unfortunately no one has contacted me from Amex at this point. Quite a few years ago, I unfortunately defaulted on a student loan that I did not have the ability to pay back at that time. However I got back on track, and paid off the loan in full, so there is no longer any outstanding debt, and despite it being paid off in full, that - incident will remain on my record until -/-/- I have a credit card with both - for $3000.00 and - - for $2000.00 that have been paid in full each month, as well as $1200.00 in savings. I was hoping to finally join the American Express family, and would really like to speak to someone from the executive office '' of Amex to reconsider my application. I 'm willing to prove my creditworthyness '' to Amex, so I ask that they just approve me for the amount that is currently in my savings account right now - $1200.00 - and let me earn their trust. I have always loved Amex and everyone in my family is a member of Amex, so I would like to finally have the opportunity to do so myself. Thank You.
