My husband and I have been trying to do a HARP refinance since - 2015. Our current lender, Green Tree Servicing continuously blocks the process from going through. We were working initially with - - who basically gave up because Green Tree would not respond to their requests. Now we are running into the same issues with - being unable to get them to move forward with the documents they need to move forward with our refinance. We are eligible for this refinance and would save us $500.00 a month but Green Tree continues to block the process from moving forward to close.
