Hi, my name is -. BMW FINANCIAL SERVICES place a late payment on my credit report. It is dropped my score by - points. BMW FINANCIAL services does not want to correct the error. They sent the statement to the incorrect address. I need to resolve this matter inmediately. I have been trying to reason with them and they did not want to do it. Please help it is affecting me personally in the business as well as mentally.
