I applied for a Sams Club Master Card when I became a member. I was excepted and given a temp. card, and told I 'd receive a regular card in the mail 7-14 days. After waiting 23 days I called. It was prob about - min before I was able to talk to someone instead of the computer. I explained I never received my card and they tell me it was sent out over - wks ago. I told them to cancel it and send me a new - cause I never received it. Everything seemed good ... ..I was wrong. This time I waited 15 days and nothing, so I called again. I asked if they sent my - '' card yet. ( After of course having to talk to the computer for - min or more ). I was told that they had updated my address and a card was sent out a month ago. ( which would of been the - card ). I explained that
worried now that the credit card that I was told was '' cancelled was NOT and it 's out there somewhere! No wonder there is so much identity and credit fraud. Finally I told them to forget the whole thing and send me conf. that any credit card with them is cancelled. They have very poor customer service. When you call you have to talk to a computer for - minutes and IF your lucky enough the computer does n't hang up on you it will then give you to a person. And now you have to start over with you problem / complaint. Beware of this credit card company!! Who wants a credit card company that you have to speak to a computer for several minutes answering question after question before getting a human to speak with ... .. NOT ME.
