The FCRA Guidelines specifically states that it prohibits incomplete or inaccurate information from being reported on a consumers credit report. Doing so constitutes grounds for removal. The Law needs to be followed and enforced. I have wrote this company and faxed information on several occasions regarding these particular accounts listed in this letter. 1. - - - : This account is not a charge off/ nor is it a collection. It was paid on time every time. I am not clear how this account is being investigated when it does n't even have an account number in turn deeming it as incomplete '', which constitutes grounds for removal. 2. - - - - This account is not a charge off/ nor is it a collection. incomplete '', which constitutes grounds for removal. 3. - - - : This account is/ was in my ex-husbands names, but it is in my credit file therefore deeming it '' inaccurate '' '' which constitutes grounds for removal. 4.- - - : A collection account can not be open or go into collections inaccurate '', incomplete ''. I have contacted the original creditor and they can not find any account of the sorts in their system. FCRA states that if you have previously initiated a dispute or an investigation and do not receive a complete or satisfactory resolution that you may dispute again and the company must respond in - days after receipt of the - notice. This is their - notice.
