My complaint is in reference to a complaint I submitted with CFPB in the past ( # - ), my home was wrongfully foreclosed upon in 2010. Due to this situation, I have received - settlement and have been recently notified to receive another settlement by the Georgia Department of Law. I would like to have the foreclosures removed from my credit report.
