I signed up for - - services -/-/- through a bundle service offering through -. I move during the month of - and had the - services transferred to my new place of residence. When I received my -/-/- bill from - I had been overcharged by - $200.00 transfer fee for services. This error in billing, which - - admitted to, cause an undue burden on my finances which in turn made me unable to pay my - bill which collected payment on behalf of - and themselves. The billing became so skewed from being over charger and - putting the - charges on hold to get the corrected information from -, that throughout this process I got further behind because at - point I was presented with a monthly bill for approximately $400.00 when I typically paid $120.00 for - services. From -/-/- through -/-/- I attempted to get my billing corrected. Meanwhile I was paying late because there where wrong charges on mybil and I was unable to pay them. Finally, -/-/- I asked - to unbundle my services as I had never been more than a week late paying my paying my -/-/- bill prior to


signing up for a new service contract and the rate would be nearly $ - versus $ - I had paid with -. I found this out in -/-/- When I objected, I was told that my service contract with - had been discontinued due to excessively late payments. I explained it was their billing error that made me late and put me behind. The agent check and came back and said, Yes, I do see where we overcharged you and then the payments started being late. However, I can not do anything about that and the billing will continue to be at the new rate plan '' - said this is fraud your company 's accounting error cause me to get behind in the - place and then you cancel my the rate plan I got with - and say the only way for me to continue is on an increase rate plan or pay a cancellation fee of $300.00. The rep said, Sorry Ma'am, there is nothing I can do ''. This past week ( started -/-/- ) I started receiving call from a debt collector saying I now owe $340.00.
