Pinnacle Credit Service keeps illegally reporting a collection account on my credit reports. This debt is past the statue of limitations and Pinnacle refuses to validate the debt because they have no information regarding this debt. I 've called the original creditor and they have no record of this debt being sold to pinnacle credit services.
