PNC Bank Debt collection department,
Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Florida
I maintained an individual bank account with PNC bank with their virtual wallet account, which consists of - separate accounts, I asked earlier that the entire wallet '' be CLOSED, and any balances be transferred to my joint wallet account with my husband, The bank confirmed the closing and the transfer, Somehow, the bank imposed a - fee on the closed account, and I have received - letters, copy of - attached, insisting I am OVERDRAWN and that action will be taken if I do not settle the overdrawn account? I contacted the bank, and was advised it was an error and that they had not closed the account properly, Yet I still receive these threatening letters, I am therefore filing a formal complaint regarding a debt I do not owe, and never owed, I expect the bank to issue a formal letter to me stating there is no debt, and also stating that any negative information sent to any of the - major credit bureaus and to any other credit reporting services has been removed, and I want confirmation from those bureaus that such action was taken, The bank should be sanctioned for issuing this letter in the - place, and not voluntarily issuing a correction letter when it recognized its error, Please advise action taken, ( most recent letter attached to this complaint
