First National Collection Bureau, Inc. Debt Collection Complaint

Disclosure verification of debt not disclosed as an attempt to collect

First National Collection Bureau, Inc. Debt collection department,

Disclosure verification of debt Not disclosed as an attempt to collect West Virginia

I received a call for my mother on my cell phone from First National. I was asked to pass a message along to her and when asked if they were a debt collection agency, the account representative disclosed to me, a - party, that he was. I work in debt collection for a very reputable company and know that his disclosure of his intent to me was a violation of FDCPA law.
