Transworld Systems Inc. Debt collection department,

Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid New Mexico

- - - of - - billed for a medical procedure on my daughter. The billing statement is -/-/2015. I wrote aa check to pay the bill on -/-/2015. The Doctor 's office did not process the check ( through my bank ) until -/-/2015. On -/-/2015 I was contact via mail by Transworld Systems stating that they were attempting to collect a debt for the doctors office. On -/-/2015 I contacted the doctors office ( - of - - ) they stated our account was out of debt collection and they mailed a statement which shows the debt was paid. I mailed all records to Transworld Systems on -/-/2015 showing the debt was paid. We received another letter dated -/-/2015 from Transworld Systems on another attempt to collect the debt that was not owed and has already been paid off. Transworld Systems says our account is not in collections, but they have sent letters still wanting us to pay them. They have also made attempts to get our phone number, I can only assume this would be used for further harrassement. I certainly do not recommend - - or - - with several locations in Texas as they held our payment, it seems intentionally, to put us into a debt collection.
