In reference to Case number : - disputed the companies response in reference to the case number above. My dispute is against Genesis Lending Services. I was forced to take out these private loans by - University. I am currently dealing with the state attorney of Florida in regards with the way I was treated by -. When I made the complaint here against Genesis Lending, they quickly sold my account to another party instead of allowing me to receive my 40 percent from the settlement against them and -. This to me is unacceptable because if I had made no complaint against them then they would still be servicing my loan. They made no attempt to fix the issue and the - thing they did was sell my loans..? The response from them was shocking to me because I had no knowledge that they sold my loan until I received an email a few weeks later on - -, 2015. Yet again, they only sold it after my complaint and that is horrible! I am in debt to them for - and it started at -. I am in debt to - for -! I am only getting a 4 year degree. This is too much and I am only asking for help but it seems like everyone is trying to sweep things under the rug. I am going to send letters to the white house if I have to if nothing is done to help me. Genesis told me I was to go to CFPB for the 40 percent and CFPB told me to go to Genesis, which - is it?
